**Ingredients**
* 2.5 cups of all... 400 g)
* 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
* 30 g fresh yeast or 7 g instant dry yeast
* 1/2 stick (about 50 g) of margarine
* 1 egg
* 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar
**Preparation**
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with the sugar. Combine half a stick
